Woodward Drilling is self sufficient, we have our own in-house fabrication and repair
group. This group is responsible for our excellent dependability, a result of well
maintained equipment. Our cross-trained workforce is required to attend (and participate)
in safety seminars that are taught by Industry Professionals, representatives from
our Insurance Company, and our own in-house Safety Department. Training is constant,
consistent and thorough. We are not only compliant with OSHA rules and regulations
but also pay strict attention to maintaining compliance with California CHP BIT
and Federal DOT Programs.
